The returned product must have the original envelope and the parts of the same, and should not bear signs of tampering, labels or written.

If we receive the return product welded, tampered with, damaged, recovered by circuits already assembled or used improperly, we will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the same or arrange the replacement.

Refund on PayPal account: the refund will be visible within 48 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise. The actual refund to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

Refund for orders paid by bank transfer: repayment occurs on Current Account. We encourage you to indicate your bank details directly on the return form when sending the same by email.

At the time when the goods will be shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the carrier. You can check the shipping status online. For any other problems please contact us.
When you receive the goods, we ask you to always check the integrity of the package before collecting the parcel from the courier . In the presence of bruising, visible damage of the housing or otherwise ALWAYS in case of doubt, you have to pick the parcel and sign with reserve, to protect you in case the material inside was actually damaged photos. In the event that the material is damaged, you have to make a claim within 8 days of receipt of goods. We ask you to contact us with product  or damaged package photos in order to arrange for replacement of the damaged product.

To be able to send the piece under warranty you must provide to send the product back to our address properly packed with inside a document certifying the malfunction of the piece together with the invoice or receipt sent upon purchase via email. Once we receive the product, will be sent to test. If the product is defective it will be replaced.

All products sold by Dottor-auto are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects, according to DL 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer will keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive via e-mail at the time of purchase. The customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract states that it takes note of the terms of the assistance in effect at the time of the appeal in Care Warranty. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the packaging. The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation.

This guarantee is for the private consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a reference to VAT). If sales to business or profession (subject VAT), the warranty is valid for 12 months in accordance with Decree 24/02.
